Lowrider bike - what part is this?

Been a while, but hopefully this walkthrough, as I strip down and rebuild one of my bikes helps you identify parts you may need. Also the tools required to work on the 8 Ball Lowriders!

I have a question, I have this lowrider trike and the back two tires are slanted and rub against the bar. How do I fix it

What type of bolt did use for the antenna?

I just put it on the rear axle, then add another axle nut or slightly thinner nut with same thread after I have set the back wheel up. Hope this helps
