3 of my favourite rapids on the Futa
I feel inner peace and love for big volume kayaking. 2023 was full of it. Multiple descents on the river Orchy (Scotland) Vefsna (Norway) Suarez (Colombia) Fuy (Chile) allowed me to become comfortable and relaxed, especially when upside down. Being able to wrap up my South America trip on the Futa allowed me to put all my practise into play. Lots of fun, laughter and love. Futa truly is big water paradise.
I managed to get 62 laps on this incredible river. Now it is time to head home and rest for a little bit. A big thank you to everyone who made this trip so incredible. A trip I will never forget 🧡
