How to do the Waltz Box Step | Ballroom Dance Technique

In this video, I cover how to do the Waltz box step as well as natural and reverse turns. Though this may seem like a basic beginner step, doing a proper box step is actually more difficult than it seems. Whether you are a beginner or a professional, the Waltz box step is a foundational step to build your dancing off of and is a great part of solo warm-up whether at home or at the dance studio. This video is particularly helpful for those who dance International standard and American smooth.
