The backdrop to this song is that Kläffords great grandmother wanted Chris to sing "Halleluja" on her funural.
She died 2011 and Chris made this song after her funural.
"I stand here screaming Hallelujah, dedicated to you, know you are here..."
I love the meaning behind this song and I LOVE that the music video is shot in one single take, while the casket and mourners come and go and move behind him…. I love it! ❤

Even though I can't call myself a beliver, I recently was told "Grief is just our love continuing" and I found that quite comforting.
This guy is awesome his voice is insane. He will go along way in music so talented.

it was mentioned somewhere before that Chris sung at the Church from where his family attend church. its where his GGM's funeral was held. Chris not being a believer, i wouldn't be so sure about that. from what i gather, he was brought up in the faith. Chris has even sung Christmas songs at the church. you should listen to him sing MARY DID YOU KNOW, now here is vocals are outstanding, its a wow factor !!!. one way or another, Chris is a great vocalist, musician, songwriter, singer, a great guitar player and he also plays the piano. since his AGT performance i have become a forever fan of Chris' music.
