I have mixed feelings about this story. I would say Noa or Nagisa with her character development are good choices on who Keiichi will ended up with. But since the story mostly focuaes on Nagisa, maybe she'll mostly ended up with Keiichi. Yui is a no-go. She's straight harsh to him even after she hear his circumsatances. That tsundere is a red flag.
Chief Shinjo was clearly _interested_ in Keiichi before finding out he had a child.
Nagisa is still the best for Keiichi. Yui can take a hike, and Noa is nice, but she doesn't show that much interest in Keiichi.
