This spot definitely was a lot busier before PSR. Did you see any of the intermodals that typically run at night?
The last train I saw was the Amtrak train at the end of the video, which was probably around 5PM. Nothing else showed up before sunset.

I was there for an entire day, from about 7AM until about 7PM.
