They are just lovely. So sorry you had to do so many by the fourth try the resin gods changed shifts..lol. you can do a cool acrylic pour over the ones you do not like. Naptime Creations does that lots of times and they are gorgeous. But you have to do a float coat over the acrylic. You nailed this set. So be proud. Hugs Sheryl 💙🎨💙

Beautiful! I don't get tired of seeing the same colors because they turn out differently anyway!
It is good to see the fails! We can see the difference in what you did for a fail and what you did for a success. We can say, oh, when you do A, it fails, and it looks like this! It's all learning because the changes can be so slight and the differences so great.
Now, a silly question - when you are done piping, why not take those last bits that you throw away and fill the heart? That might turn out cute, and, if it doesn't turn out, it can go in the trash anyway.
Thank you, Julie! You are a great teacher, a great presenter! Take care and stay safe!

Is it necessary to use all three forms of color? Paste, mica n alcohol ink to achieve this result or can we just stick to paste or mica? Just wondering? Also, can we use white pigment paste for white, pink mica like that or stick to just one form?? I hope I'm making sense idek at this point

Hi Julie! These tutorials are so helpful, thank you so much. I actually tried working alongside your videos! May I ask what temperature is best for doing the petals please? You mentioned that 48 degrees was too late to work with. I’ve been using a heat resistant resin, and I’ve had to buy a thermometer too, as I’ve also had timing issues. I’ve been leaving my resin until 45 minutes and then having to rush like mad! Any advice would be great, thank you.

I'm happy with you. They look so beautiful. 🌸
Can I ask you how you dispose of the leftovers? When the resin has cured, can you throw it in the plastic waste? Or is it better to dispose of it in hazardous waste? I could watch you for hours, and I do that a lot. I learn so much from you.
And I have another question about the food grade resin. For bowls or etagere. What do you have to look out for? Is there also a glaze for it?
Love to you from Germany. 💖

If you printed a super dark black template and put it under the mould, could you see it a tiny bit through the base of the mould when you pipe? Like they used to do with notepaper lines on unruled paper. Or is the mould completely opaque? Might help keep things central if it's possible?

I have been all about the very pale pinks lately. No idea why. I don't even like pink all that much normally. I have managed to cobble together some micas and glitters that can be blended perhaps with others to suit me. This was great for giving us all lessons on types and viscosities of different resins, as well as the weight and color-fastness of glitters! Lovely work again, Julie. And I don't mind your ring light one bit.
