I am sooooo with you! We call my christmas decorating, the lampoon christmas house. I'm pretty sure my neighbors think I'm Christmas insane, but the kids love it. Hubby won't even look at our electric bill in November and December anymore. 🤣
I decorated my master bedroom last night. My husband came home said it's beautiful then asked me ' So you're just gonna completely forget about Thanksgiving' 😂😂

Ok I just started working again after being a SAHM for over 4 years. This year I can finally afford to go all out for the holidays and this looks like something I can do!! I'm so excited!! Also, I used to be a Grinch. I hated Christmas music. About 10 years ago on my way to work it was snowing for the first time that year and I was scanning the radio when Michael Buble "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas" came on and it was a MAGICAL experience. I instantly became obsessed with Christmas music. Now I listen to it year round except I stop around August just so I have a chance to miss it...but Nov 1st it's on. Thanks for the DIY idea!!!

My husband made me promise not to put up decorations inside until after Thanksgiving and outside until DEC 1st. I've been counting down since April!
