There is no best answer. It’s all about how you express and explain them the value you will get it. There are other countries offering the same internships then why only USA? Your answer shouldn’t demean other countries but you have to tell them why it is the best . The best in terms of culture, exposure, connections and once you return to your country, how will you utilise all the experience. Never ever talk about money. Money is the byproduct. I hope you will be able to create a good answer. Make sure your body language and words have coordination.
