i just had an eye test 2 days ago it went well, they prescribed me glasees, when i took the glasses after 1 day, left lens was all right but i see blurry from my right eye.
What to do now?

Hii Ashish
There could be 2 things either your left eye is a dominant eye. So you are able to see better vision in left eye compare to right or your right is not given the correction aa required.
So you need to revisit your eye doctor and get a refresh eye test. So that the reason of blurred vision in right eye can be clarified.

I have-4left eye and -2.5right eye Dr. Give me -2.5for left eye and -2 for right eye glass i have pain on eyes

Hiii,
Firsty, Just want to know how you know that your eye power is -4.00 and -2.50 and your Dr prescribed -2.50 and -2.00.
Second thing you should take the second opinion and If your eye power is -4.00 and -2.50 then after doing the Binocular balancing which power is accepted take that one according to the Optometrist.

Before my eye test , my prescription was -3.25 for both eyes. Now optometrist suggest 3.50 and 3.75 another and also cylindrical lenses. Now I have headache , focusing problem, pain in and around eyes.

These symptoms are indicated that you might be using slightly over correct or Complete correction and need to take second opinion.
Without seeing can't say anything.

I wore wrong prescription glasses for almost a year. It was -1D difference but when now i am wearing my correct prescription glasses for almost 2 years still i am unable to adjust to my glasses as i feel dizzy. Can you help me please as i am having a lot of problems

Hii Ibnaz,
There are many reasons to not be comfortable with your spectacle.
It could be due to center out or fitting height up/down, if your eye power is more than +/-1.50D.
If all the measurements are fine then take the second opinion for refraction also.

Hii Pradeep,
As per your complaint, it could be myopic power of concave lenses.
Under correction of lenses(less power in myopia) can be used and it can't harm your eyes but if you feel blurred vision and it is inconvenient in your day to day lifestyle. You should use previous power or get a fresh refraction from the Optometrist or Ophthalmologist and use according to their recommendations.
