you can clean them with water, just need to understand the ph levels and or the proper method but it would be cheaper just to replace, theyre pretty much one n done, sadly interior designers n decorators dont take into consideration the long term, the selling point is they are cheap & look good. sisal/jute is alot easier to clean than viscose which is absolute trash!

I clean mine with a little water and baking soda. Even got my dog’s vomit stain off it.
