Ascent: 242m (794ft)
Duration: 8 Hours 58 Minutes
The Hadrian's Wall Path is one of the UK's excellent National Trails and covers 84 miles of Northern England. Beginning at Wallsend in Newcastle, the Way follows a majority of the original line of Hadrian's Wall, a Roman Wall at the frontier of the Roman Empire to stop the Scots in the the north. The trail eventually ends at Bowness on Solway on the Cumbrian Coast.
Due to shortening day 4 by a few miles meant we had to add them onto todays walk which nearly hit 20 miles by the time we got to out overnight stay in Carlisle. It headed out of Birdoswald by the Roman Fort and followed gently undulating hills offering superb views to the Pennines, Lake District and Scotland to finally arrive at the city of Carlisle.

What are the time codes where it blurs? just in case its the rendering as I might need to reupload it
Its in the middle of part 5 birds Oswald to Carlisle when your talking about wainwright and further on in the trail
@@danhunts2012 I think this is a TH-cam compression thing. Is it the bit where I am walking through the woodlands? When I watch it back it plays fine in 4k but has some serious compression artifacts in 1080p setting.
