3 Days Kinabatangan River Cruise (Wildlife Sanctuary in Borneo, Sabah Malaysia)

A river cruise at Lower Kinabatangan river which hold a high concentration of diversity of the wildlife including the Proboscis Monkey (endemic to Borneo), Pygmy Elephant (world smallest elephant), Salt water Crocodile, Rhinoceros Hornbill and The famous Orang Utan which are called THE BIG FIVE of Kinabatangan.
Also commonly found in this river are Long-tailed Macaque, Short-tailed macaque, Silver Langur, Hornbills, Kingfisher, Storm Stock (Endangered species of birds only about 500 left in the wild), Raptors (Sea Eagles), and Monitor Lizard.
The cruise included two afternoon cruises, a morning cruise and a night cruise for 3 days 2 nights stay At Kinabatangan Wetland Resort.
An encounter with Pygmy Elephant which in the wild only 1500 left an endangered species as well complimented our river cruise.

The smallest jombo yet still reaching 7ft over in height often seeing them in the Ulu Tungud forest reserve with their shrilling trumpeting sound is no for the faint hearted still loving them❤ Sabahan.

It is 2 meters high, but compared to Asian Elephant this is smaller.
