    I have just come across your channel and just want to leave this comment because I assume it’s important to tell people that they do something wonderful and meaningful. After watching a couple of your videos I realised what I have watched made me feel good and inspired me. As you mentioned “ leave people better than they were before you met them”. Thank you so much for your great contribution to the society.

    6:53 til 7:15 SO TRUE
    Sometimes even looking at lists can feel overwhelming! So I think you got the point here saying to be realistic and being able to recognize how much time we actually need to get things done in a day.
    Thank you so much for this!

    I lost my mum as a teenager, wish I had a mum like you Tracy ! I'm a mum now myself and so overwhelmed trying to balance work and looking after my son, life is too overwhelming some days. Feel thankful there are people like you sharing your wisdom

    Yes! Yes! To it all. Delegating what someone else can do is how I stay healthy and stress free. Being super mom used to be my goal. Happy mom is my new goal. Giving up everything having to be perfect is another way to stay stress free. Thank you Tracy! I always learn something new and helpful every time I watch you, here and on IG. God Bless!

    Do you have a video on pivoting under change? For example child is home sick, now nearly everything from Monday gets pushed to Tuesday?

    • @TracyHensel
      @TracyHensel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Tiffany. You simply take it in stride, hold your head high and navigate the change. Many of us (myself) picot under change daily. It comes with running a business, let alone two. You get better and more resilient with practice.

    Spot on Tracy. Love this. I have started delegating tasks at home and work and I don't have to be the "I will do it girl" all the time. Letting go is more powerful for me than taking on more than I can do. My husband is not a calendar keeper and I purchased two planners one for me one for him for the New Year. We will map out our week together so that we can have a more productive life and build in the fun time which we were skipping because we put too much on our plates. I've have a planner already, and I'm leading him to the right side. Cheers to a planned life with wiggle room to breath. Thanks again Tracy for your direct dialogue to open our eyes to a Stress Free Zone.

    Hello, A great video! Planning is the key! I would like to share a nice story,my granddaughter (11) came over and we were going to make gingerbread houses ,needed to go on TH-cam you popped up😊 I said oh that's my you tube friend and that's where I ordered the cool necklace lol and she is the one w/ 5 daughters and when parents are talking the kids touch her ..lightly( not tap tap) when that want to speak... Well Dad comes later to p/u and we are all talking and low & behold a light touch on my arm!!! Best day 💗Thank you for your tips

    Great advice! I used to be much more of a people pleaser than I am now. It is less stressful when you're not trying to make others happy (which often doesn't work anyway.) I don't get as stressed by things outside of my control now either, because I have learned to leave some margin and flexibility in my schedule.

    Wow! Just what I needed today. I have been feeling overwhelmed. I don’t know what I would do without your weekly videos. I recognize you really plan what you are going to say and really take to effort to get your message across, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. I would like to put in a video request: I really enjoy “spend the day with me” videos (from the time you wake up until the time you go to bed) Thank you again for what you do!

    In the midst of dealing with everything you mentioned in this video. After a routine visit to my doctor. Then trying to figure out how approach the subject with my male supervisor. The day before Thanksgiving got news of my cousin passing. Via text message 3 days afterwards.
    Thank you.

    I feel like this is easier for people who own their jobs/businesses and are their own bosses. Unfortunately with being an employee you are always under stress induced from the company/clients. 😔 ive lost alot of my happiness due to the corporate world but I do not see a way out.
    Thanks for your videos , I wait for your instagram stories every single day and miss you when you dont post🥰
