Yo, I'm glad that you feeling better man! I feel you on the community part. It's good to have time to yourself, but unity is definitely a wonderful thing. Also, I heard you mentioned working out 5-6 days a week? What helped me maximize growth was giving each muscle group between 48-72 hours to rest, so now I workout 4 days Upper/Lower, and do active recovery for 2 days. I hope that helps in some way fam!
Hmmm I wana try that. The thing with me is, if I don’t workout, I feel weird, it’s like apart of my feeling awake / morning routine. Maybe I’ll limit my lifting load and just run in between then when I’m not at the gym
@@RONDOUG I can understand that, and some good low intensity cardio can definitely help on those days that you don't lift. But yeah, it wouldn't hurt to try for like 6 weeks
I just moved to L.A as well and literally yesterday I was rear-ended in an accident. My body is busted and I am exhausted. Thank you for your inspiration to keep going and making me laugh out loud in real life. I was just telling someone that the people here don't say exuse me or thank you so that was hilarious. ❤😂

In these times in a city like the Los Angeles when you feel lonely and you’re having that realization that it’s not as communal as it may be those are the times that God in the mighty name of Jesus is calling you closer to him. I definitely recommend getting plugged into a local church and meeting some new young people there that have different aspirations, but are doing it with God at the center.

Grass-fed Grass-finished beef, jasmine rice, pasture raised eggs, avacados and purple sweet potatoes will get you right! quick, easy and delicious but super nutritoius. Id reccomend something for gut health as well! so if you want you can incorporate kimchi into your meals or kefir fruit smoothies too. Sardines as well, they slept on for their protein and nutrients. Research these suggestions but i wish you the best of luck my guy! thanks for the great videos. 🙏
