hello, it's my 18th birthday today oh wow. :) a sad cover is probably not the best to release for such a happy occasion, but Seattle is a song that means a lot to me and I've always wanted to cover it. I mean, I actually did make a really short cover of it at the very beginning of this year - it is (edit: it was) on my Soundcloud - but I thought I could do a better job this time around since I think I've improved a bit in the 'singing w emotion' department. this cover was actually recorded over the course of a few months -- I've been super busy and times have been tough so I could only record when I had both the time and motivation to do so hahaha, thus it's not great, but I tried my best and that's what matters LOL
thanksgiving was a few days ago too, so I wanted to really quickly thank you all for being with me these past 2 years or so! I don't regard you guys as mere subscribers, more like a tight-knit community of friends, perhaps even a second family. it's because of the amazing friendships I've made through these online platforms that I've grown as a person and actually stayed sane even throughout the ultra-nuisance that is this pandemic :') you are all so talented in your own ways and I'm glad we are a part of each other's lives, albeit virtually. love you all so much and, as always...
