Sa abroad kase lalo dito sa US after three days mo manganak pag healthy mommy and baby they send home. Then pag uwe Sa house mommy n lang and baby Kase normally hubby back to work. Lahat mommy kikilos swerte n lng if your hubby help you. Many many kase ditto. I gave birth during the pandemic Sobrang Hirap my friends ka gusto pumunta kaso dahil Sa pandemic you guys won't allow them. Hindi makalabas din. What we did hubby helping me at night sya ngpapaburp then Sa morning naman once he woke up Sa tnanghali patulugin nya muna also bago sya pumasok sa work. Need to making open how are you feeling that time i maininitin ulo ko, self pity dami nagbago sa katawan mo , tapos gusto mo matapos lahat ng Gawain but d pala kung ano lang kaya. Pag need mo me time u tell to your husband. At pray and pray . EUnlike sa pinas pag may kaya kau pede mag hire ng nurse or midwives or kasambahay. Or mga kamaganak pede maghelp
