My question is, why do they consider Basotho as non natives? How are we different from South Africans? Our studies are conducted in English from preschool level to the highest school possible. What can Basotho do to easily join schools in Taiwan?

Honestly I think it's as easy for basotho and swatis as it is for south Africans (in my experience).
