Like watching you vlogs but, here with some criticism.
There are few wrong info you shared in the vlog-
1- A menstrual cup can be used upto 5 years because its made up of silicone and won’t harm you.
2- No its not safe to have sex during periods. There is no scientific study that says there are 0% chances of getting pregnant.
Its a humble request to do RnD before sharing any wrong information out in the world!
