Childbirth shouldn't be traumatic or fatal for so many black women in 2023 but unfortunately the statistics say otherwise. I feel we are ALL deserving of safe, joyous experiences when bringing new life into this world-so in today's video I'll be sharing My POSITIVE Labor & Delivery Experience as a black woman. I hope that by sharing my own first time birthing experience I can help inspire and alleviate that fear of the unknown for others.
