these books are the absolute best this is the 5th time coming back I listen to them when I can't go to sleep. David Tenants' voice is so soothing I love the impressions.
I read this books years ago in portuguese - my younger brother had (and still has back home) the full colection - and now listening to them in english is really helping me understand the language better and they are also really fun books so a great plus.
My friend suggested these books, I'm so glad that these are here. Thank you so much! David Tennant did such a good job reading them and it was hard finding the second book in a good quality.
I really love this series and I've listened to it multiple times and; spoiler warning in this book alvin says he was digging to planting potatoes, but in How to Cheat a Dragon's Curse potatoes are mythical to hooligans
This story reminds me of the Riders of Berk episode regarding one of the older Chief's legendary treasures and the riddles are made for his son and his son actual portrait is physically similar to Hiccup.

I never understood why fiction depicts the Vikings as considering themselves uncivilized. They didn't, they considered their culture superior. You know, like everyone else did.
