I would like to point out that the buttons are saving to individual characters because you are using lite controls where you can map special moves and super moves to specific buttons. these are for individual characters because not everyone can use the same moves (ex: raging demon). if you use the pro (regular) control scheme (even if you change it) it will save for all characters.
