It would be great if you could use one console for all CDs, no matter if you have Playstation 1, no matter if you have Playstation 2, no matter if you have Playstation 3, no matter if you have Playstation 4, no matter if you have 5, you could play on one console without having to use the older ones Having to throw away CDs would be really cool for these gamers
If this happened I would buy a console again.
For now I just use PC emulation at least. Can Emulate easily PS1, PS2 and PS3

This is annoying. The PS5 has barely been out for a few years and now they're making another console? There's barely any physical releases for PS5 games that have been made! They need to wait longer. People get so hyped up over this and it's ridiculous.

While the current gen consoles will still have games produced for them, most Playstation consoles have 5 years running until the next generation is atleast ANNOUNCED and introduced before being released. They've all been released atleast 6-7 years apart: Ps1(1994-2000 Ps2 is released), Ps2(2000-2006 Ps3 is released), Ps3(2006-2013 Ps4 is released), Ps4 (2020-2026 or 2027?) so it's only 2 years removed from their release pattern if they take 7 and ONE year if they take 6 so ppl can atleast SPECULATE about it cuz Ps5 is basically just a "better Ps4" at this point in time.

if the ps6 will be weak, what will happen to the pro?? can we customize more hardware like GPU CPU RAM, with the ps5 we can put in a SSD, the ps5 slim has a detachable disk drive...... see my point, if they were to make a fully customized able ps6 they can put in crappy GPU CPU RAM, because they know we can buy that stuff our selves, they can save cash we can get a better console, but they have to put minimum hardware in for games to run good, they can kinda start competing with pc gaming within hardware, to be fully customized able like all pcs
I don't mind them making a new console but they need to change the rule that states every 4 years and start doing it every 10 years they make a new system because not every gamer is buying these things on the first day when they come out some people take a while or wait till when it's on sale they're not buying it immediately not everyone add all this is doing is just pissing people off because they feel like they're wasting their money as soon as when they purchase it mainly in between the years only to have a new system come out when they only just have it for 8 or 7 months so do you all need to seriously put in the system and create new ones every 10 years
