What’s cool is knowing we are watching it from the very beginning!

We all saw him in that recent training video. He looked really good. His movements were so smooth and it was interesting to see Caitlin try to emulate them the best she could. He’s going to help the entire team get better in small ways that will make a big impact in game. It’s pretty exciting and I hope he gets some credit if we see some improvement from existing players next season.

He looks like a talented development coach. Liked his work with Clark in the first video. His visibility obviously increased thousands of percent.

If you can't bring caitlin clark to your franchise, you bring your franchise to her.

It is a coach focused on improving the player's individual performance: teaching new skills, correcting flaws, providing training regimens, etc.

Here's something I have wondered for the last couple of years. Why didn't Coach Bluder model Caitlin?
What I mean by that is mike Caitlin up, and have her describe what she is seeing in a game atmosphere. They could also try doing this with game films. Iowa also has sports psychologists, so they would be part of this. If they could model what Caitlin was seeing, how she reacted, and the result, they could teach this to other players. Obviously, Caitlin has skills that other players need.
Somebody should approach Caitlin with a business proposal. This could be the best-selling sport's teaching aid ever sold. How to see what Caitlin sees.

I think her skills as far as court vision and court awareness are inate attributes. You can teach some of this and practice it diligently but still not get it or truly understand it. I considered myself a great passer when I played basketball, I’m 74 now, which is why Bird and Magic captivated me , but what she does and sees on the court is in my opinion next level. It’s what makes fans jump out of their seats in the arena and at home. And I know people knock ESPN but the first time I saw her play was on ESPN. Instant fan worship!! And to my surprise my 9 year old granddaughter was already aware of her and a fan.
