Thank You for sharing this as this would apply to me today. My dear 81 year old dad has an unknown time left on this earth plane. My daughter told me these exact words in the past week. Just sit with it Mom. I am wasting energy trying to paddle too much. Many thanks. I will do this ' Sit with it " all at different times of the day. I agree about the restlessness. What I struggle with is the not knowing why. I will go inside and try to get quiet, but nothing comes. I guess sitting with the unknown is challenging. I agree though, better cool than hot. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
