I have RH7, virtio drivers should be included.. but after migration and powering on the instance i cant connect either by putty or by console.. Windows box was migrated and i can access rdp. but linux boxes are not working for some reason, cant ping it also.. security list allows that and other instances on the subnet are working normally echo replies + ssh

after registering Appliance from vCenter to OCI the agent plugins keep inactive so i cannot proceed. can you help me with this error
