    Looks like someone not fully committing to the sprawl

      That's the point. A disadvantage of fully committing to the sprawl is that if you bit on a fake you lose position.

      @@GrapplingIgnorance and downblocking allows you to re-attack better than sprawling (literally shown in the video)

      Duke and Cox both so explosive off that movement, but can leave you open to front headlock so be aware

      @@raymondrhodes I’m also wondering why he didn’t show the circling part. That should take care of the front head lock, which is especially dangerous in jiu-jitsu since there’s no reset.
