From an investor primarily in the US with a small exposure to Philippine equities, kudos to this team for your spot on insights, especially to mr Edward Lee who constantly espouses peso cost averaging. For me personally I’ve been buying equities especially Jollibee, Semirara, COL. The last two have been big winners for me and Jollibee I’m still accumulating together w PNB. No bonds no REITs. I think personally that Philippine REITs are a me too product. Just my opinion. More power to this team.
Hi, it would depend on your total exposure and risk tolerance. Valuations are currently attractive, however, prices may remain volatile due to all the uncertainties globally. As long as you're comfortable with your current market exposure, and hold a well-diversified portfolio, then you can wait before unloading your investments.
The FED has pumped too much liquidity in the market that's the problem and where did the stimulus checks go speculative stocks, APES, speculative cryptos until all of this liquidity is gone the FED has to raise interest rates and the FED is nowhere near in fighting inflation it has to match or surpass inflation no.s to have a fighting chance
I think inflation will be over soon..oil is going down then prices of goods will follow..parang nung nagparabolic lang yung oil ilang days pa bago tumaas presyo ng mga bilihin...ganda talaga ni maam April...muse ng pse

For short ….. equity for long run buy stocks from company with minimal debt and strong balance sheet and moat then sell in bull market 😅
all I say is , this is the time to buy fundamentally strong company in the S & P 500 at discount price and way below intrinsic value .
