nice training vid as always man! question: how do you trap the ball with your chest so well? does it not hurt?! xD I obviously don't know how to do it properly without it hurting like hell 😅
Thanks so much for watching my friend! I think for me I’ve just gotten used to the feeling of trapping with my chest through years of practice and also bracing/flexing before you make contact with the ball. Strength training in the gym helps a bit too 😁
