- Poor Teresa Giudice, her husband, Luis Ruelas's company, DMS Digital Media Solutions that he founded with Joe Marinucci went bankrupt yesterday! I explain all the details. This is like the third company that this has happened to that he was involved with recently. I guess when it rains it pours.

It's a Chapter 11, so it's a reorganization of finances. They make offers to all their creditors and if they accept, the court will make it so. Most creditors will take what they can get, but the company gets to continue. And it continues through this process. He's still employed for now.

I get her old fashioned reasoning for not signing a prenup but seriously, if you don't care about protecting yourself, how about your daughters? Businesses/owners that file multiple Chapter 11 bankruptcies know how to work the system. They usually have at least one very successful or perceived as successful business to shore up their fast-talking for funding for the new ventures. Then they spend it all and whoopsie! They can't pay and have nothing to show for it. I bet a lot of those trips they posted about were billed under the business, especially since it is a media company. And that party planner that went viral that they stiffed? Business expense. For Chapter 11, they'll probably offer her a fraction of the bill. And she might take it thinking it's all she'll ever get. They pay themselves and then that money/assets can't be touched later when it all blows up. It's a lifestyle.
