Well, the house is gorgeous! I'm speechless, this place is an absolute gem. From the moment you opened the door, I knew that it's my place. The entrance very homely yet elegant. The room itself was dreamy; beautiful clean design bathroom! I love it! This house is wonderful and it will make me welcoming each day.
Mr. Lush does a wonderful job showing this home. the way he opened the house up to the viewers with the stair case was jaw droping, nice job Mr. Lush.

Just saw the home. It is absolutely paradise and that view.....amazing!!
Designers are worth their weight in gold -- such creativity and having an unlimited budget always helps too. In the model home, I loved the kitchen backsplash. In the actual real life this-is-what-you-get house, I liked the stone used in the waterfall kitchen island, the stone in the master bath shower and the Tom Sawyer fence in the backyard.

Toll Bros. Is one one of my most favorite builders out there next to Blue Heron. This is an absolutely stunning house truly fit for a family. One problem? No hot tub 😂
floor plan is great, upgrades luscious, decorating takes to the stars.
I liked both homes. I liked the decorated home more just because it was decorated I have a hard time imagining what something will look like with furnishings. Really like the way you give the tours.

Beautiful! I especially love the dual wrap around pools. And I really do like the undecorated home. Great idea showing both fully decorated and base models. As you did the second walk through I was designing how I would have it look for me and my family. Love it!
I would make some changes with the pendant lights throughout the house. I also noticed that the boys room closet were more spacious than normal. That’s something I enjoyed.

I guess the dual staircase is an upgrade. Ok you panned back, there are two. The floor plan is excellent. Well designed.
In the move in ready, the stackstone backsplash would be hard to keep clean as it is porous and soak in any grease.
You know how hard it is to lay that granite in the master bath? Like wow. The pattern is well done. The coset system with the glass doors in the model makes that master bath. Think of the move in ready as a tubula rasa to make your own. Well done!

How do I love this home you ask ... let me count the ways: 1) the duel floating staircase; 2) the upgraded Wolf appliances; 3) the furniture and accessories; 4) the outdoor kitchen and lounging areas; 5) the glass surround/sliding glass doors; 6) the lighting hung from the 22ft ceilings; 7) the master bedroom closets/mini boutiques; 9) the themed kids rooms; 10) shall I go on ...
The thing I like best about this place is the kitchen set~up. Wolf Appliances make it. Myself,,, I would be doing my personal cooking in the Butler's pantry, so as to minimize my mess. Very nice home as a whole,,, but I have a few changes in mind for myself. Rev. Kim Partlow
The master bed/bathroom is always 2/5 of what I love about your homes... the others are kitchen (dont care for white kitchens though), entrance and entertainment area... this did not disappoint. Though as far as kitchens, I liked the kitchen with the less upgrades more...

I feel like with a home of this size, paying for a interior decorator is a very worthwhile investment, if you try to decorate and furnish on your own..Its just gonna feel like a big home. Decorating and furnishing with a designer I feel like brings the value of the home to life and makes you even more in love and comfortable in the spaces. Have a vision of colors and share with a designer your wants..and you can make the space look like a model home. Seeing the spec home really puts into perspective what professionally designing can do.

***$100.00*** WOW, it’s hard to look at plain vanilla after seeing the model. For $4 million here in Texas, you would get this model home with the 2 pools and 50-100 acres for it to all sit on. Thank you Danny for sharing this and so many gorgeous homes!!!
