    Brendan, again, thank you so much for keeping us up to date with this new data, may I ask what is the difference between Roth IRA with Acorns vs Fidelity or Charles Schwab?
    Thanks in advance.

      @@Money_Chef there’s no difference in the account itself, mmmmaybe a few different investing options but that’s minimal. The noticeable difference is the service itself and any incentives they offer.

    Could you do an updated video on your thoughts that if you regularly invest with acorns I.e $10 a week plus round ups will the rate of return based on your portfolio be good over time?

    I have an Acorns invest, later, and 2 kid accounts. I started the acorns invest in 2017 when I first started my personal investment journey. I’ve had county retirement and 457 going since 2005. But I really love acorns for kicking off my personal investment journey. So simple with recurring investments. I’ve since started Webull, Robinhood, td ameritrade etc…but acorns is the only personal investment account that has given me the biggest return. I’m not maxing out the later account at this time so I’m going to do the math to see if upgrading to the premium plus would be beneficial. I’m self-employed now so I’m assuming I can’t take advantage of the minimum direct deposit to avoid fees, but that would be awesome!
    Thanks for video! Got me excited about my acorns account again

    So I don't have a Later account set up but when I click "set up later" it very clearly states the new 3% match. Maybe it's more hidden if you already have it set up

    Brandon, have a question I used portfolio visualizer I currently have my kids invested in my schwabs custodial account on ticker symbol swlgx 70% and swppx 30% on the visualizer it says that it will gain more then acorns investment but it seems like the losses are bigger. Is it safe to go with acorn since it’s more diverse or rock with the average from what the visualizer says and stick with it

    • @BrendanEvan
      @BrendanEvan  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Exbackzack just to be sure we’re talking the same things, portfolio visualizer can’t predict returns, it just grows at the rate you pick.

      Doesn’t it show history based on the ticker symbol?

    I don’t pay anything on premium as long as i have $250 direct deposit on their checking account plus i get $10k( i know is not much but it’s free)life insurance coverage

    I think the Robinhood match is the better route to take. Instead of paying $12 a month just to get this acorns match, you would make a ton more money in the market by putting that $12 into the market for free with Robinhood instead of paying acorns in my opinion. Thats with the free 1% IRA robinhood match

      @@BrendanEvan Brendan, I just checked with Acorns. The subscription fee is still waived if you have a direct Deposit of $250 or more Mighty Oaks subscription $6 and/or $12 only. Doesn’t apply to the $3 plan. I just looked it up!
