For this watching, don’t install the clips the way he mentioned. The rubber piece goes below the clip, and pin goes through everything securing it. Not as shown. I struggled with it and found the better more secure solution. Just a heads up.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 did you move the brackets closer to the hole to make sure everything aligns? I swear i dont remember struggling with that, i felt like it went in quick idk lol
Didn't like them with the ball pins but enjoyed your vid!. Question, im looking to purchase either a 2018 wrx limited or 2019 base both are certified Pre-Owned 1 owner the 2018 has a little more miles. I'm buying out right. Going from a 2018 si sedan Which one do you think i should choose ? 2018 limited is cpo 26k w/ 46k odo 2019 base 24k odo same price
I think for 2018 and 2019 would not matter, they are both the same car. Just manufactured on a different date. Think it end up making sure which one is the most stock. Look for any signs of modifications. Alot of owners will modify the car, beat on it, put it back to stock and trade it in at the dealership. Then the other is which one you like the base and pricing
@@ARomanRacing right! Assuming both look well would you choose limited over base even though it has more miles in the 40s. Or I can afford 2020 base brand new. I'm guessing I know your answer now. Purchase the 2020 base brand new over a 2018 limited 40k odo around same price. Still wondering which would you choose.
@@ladyliss yeah for me id buy brand new. 1 taking out a loan for a new car is usually lower interest rate versus a used car. I would look into the premium on and see. Limited is to expensive. I got the 2019 base, the thing with that one is the ugly chrome headlights but that you can change it to nicer ones or do the C light and spray paint the inside. Easy job. Other thing from base is that you wont have seat warmers. Other than that. I didnt care about sunroofs, fog lights (they are cheap for the kit on ebay) or the ugly wheels.
@@ARomanRacing I'm buying cash and paying the difference on my trade which I own my 2018 si out right but I can only spend about 30k out the door with the trade no financing. So i think i will go for the 2018 limited for 26k certified Pre-Owned 1 owner 45k on the odometer. Otherwise im stuck with base model 2020
Nice to see you're doing well in this time. Stay safe!
Thank you for the heads up on this deal I just ordered mine!
Got mine on, they look great!

That is the way i ended up doing it too 🤣
It’s fit on my wrx 2021
Don’t even try to sit there and tell me you didn’t have the fight of your life fitting those pin holes into the brackets. lol
I’m struggling.

@@ARomanRacing 3:14 is what I’m talking about. Getting that circle into the bracket hole.
@@danielo22 did you open the little pin? You kinda pull the top, or maybe get it out completely off then put it in and push hard l
@@julierodriguez7278 Same issue I had. It was ridiculous. Just left them without and it looks fine and has held up.
@@danielo22 I just installed mine and they went in super easy! Maybe figment was a little off for yours? Not sure. Overall they look really good!
