what is the correct technique to handle a file more than 1 gb in OIC ? otherthan sqloader concept ..like first we are inserting the data in table which is their file and getting the data from table ///sir.. please make a video on this ..

Inserting file data to table and then read will incur huge cost to customer.
Right method is to get the file in size of up to 1 GB i.e. OIC readable format and then read in segments the file content and then upload and if file is a binary then make use of OCI functions to convert data to OIC readable format

So.. may i confirm that OIC does not have a capability to read/download a file more than 1Gb.. just asking at interview question point of view
