It is very useful. I have a question Suppose an organization eligible for gratuity on 2022 and on that organization an employee’s doj is 1.01.2016. Now if this employee resigned then organization will pay gratuity or not. Because organization eligible for gratuity on 2022 and employee working from 2016. What will happen in this case. Please help me to resolve this question
