Hi… only passport that’s it and a letter from your employer stating that your residence permit is ready to be collected normally they don’t ask for this letter… but safer to keep it with you

Hi Thank you so much for your video. my company asked me to send just my passport and a form for the application. they started the application but I have a study permit in Italy and I can go to Netherlands with no problems so I think I will not need an MVV visa. but I was wondering since IND did not get my residence permit, they can say that I should apply for MVV as well. should I send them my residence permit so they know I can go to NL whithout MVV?I really do not want to wait for the mvv proccess as well! Also is there a way to check for the desicion status of IND ? my company is very busy and they do not answer my emails very quick! thanks again

Hi… I would suggest take a recommendation from your company if they require you to send the residence permit or not so you enter in the Netherlands .. also MVV approval will be given by IND in 2 weeks max… the approval is sent directly to the company and only they can check the status.

Hi… as far as I know after completing your studies you get an orientation visa which you can use to work.. but once that expires you need a sponsor for work visa and then the residency permit card depends on how much years your company applied for your visa as well as your contract period…
