- Hello, friends! Today I am cooking classic Ukrainian borscht, I love borscht, and you?
Classic Ukrainian borscht
Water - 1.5-2 liters.
Chicken on the bone - 400 g
Potatoes - 4 pcs. (middle)
Beets - 1 pc. (throw out 1/4 part)
Carrot - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc.
Fresh white cabbage - 250 g
Tomato juice - 250 ml
Sunflower oil - 4-5 tbsp. l.
Salt, bay leaf, herbs - to taste.
