The Killers were born in the wrong time, could you imagine them being born 15 years earlier and 80's band? Hot Fuss has so much 80's influence in it, an absolute masterpiece. Electric Blue one of my all time fav songs and they did it proud. Amazing rendition.
I rediscovered the original version of this song back in like 2007 and played it a dozen times per day that summer. I think the moment I heard that song again after 20 years without it might have been the start on my interest in synthwave. This was a great cover, as expected by The Killers. Cripes they were gigantic in the tail end of last decade.
