- Dear Watchers, this is my 5th Episode/ Travelog/ Vlog ... In this Episode I am off to an 11 Day Silent Retreat so I am Vlogging before and after that ... I have to say that I met people from different countries, co-meditators/ co-travelers (Nepal, Australia, Israel, France, Denmark, Austria, Africa etc.) and felt that everyone is all out there for peace and love for one another ... I also did the retreat in the same place in 2016! It was the most perfect place and one of the best experiences of my life. Happy to see you.
The whole place has a simple easy going vibe all bcz of the meditation that happens over there and I guess those who run the guest house they too make very good money.

What time of year did you visit Pokhara for the Vipassana?
Which would you recommend... Dhamma Pokhara or Dhamma Shringa? I am doing some research and not sure which one to go for. I am hoping to go this November or December.

I too was planning to visit one of the two. I decided to go for Dhamma Pokhara this November.
As a lover of hills and lakes, I decided to opt Dhamma Pokhara.

Mam, would it be easy to sit the whole day during meditation? i mean no back pain occurs?
It's tough for a sometime but nothing shud be so easy that it becomes boring ... Isn't it ?
