Loving this series! Had a thought about the issue of teams only picking up Keepers in the imperialism: what about a rule that a team can only imperialize another team's GK if that keeper is better than the one currently on their roster? If the winning team has a better keeper, they get the losing team's best outfield player instead.
I dont think thats good, the whole idea of taking a player from the other team is that it could be awesome and myuch better than an upgrade but for stronger teams or winning against small teams its useless 99% of times. This way weaker teams can overcome strong teams without being steamrolled by one PSG or Man City who managed to get every good player they could and had a balanced squad of 90s.

They qualified for the 2008-09 UEFA Cup and got drawn in the same group as PSG (they got a 2-2 draw) and Manchester City (they beat them here in Santander 3-1) and got grouped by a goal (+2 for PSG, +1 for Racing). In 2012, they got relegated to the Second Division and have been alternating between the 3rd and the 2nd Division without any options of returning to LaLiga. I have a suggestion: When a team gets drawn and they are the ones who are imperializing, you should always make them the away side and the team getting imperialized, you should make them the home side, I hope you understood that and will implement it for the rest of the series.
