I loved this mv (agree hard with everyone confused as to why it was called a performance video 😂). Their trickster lore is both really interesting and kind of a hard concept for me (i love it though). At it's heart it kind of feels like an ode to those who don't quite feel like they belong or that their fated path (or what they might be best at) is what they want to do. This mv to me was there is this giant organic system setting everyone on paths and then you have this group of people who are rejecting it and don't want to be defined in that way and the system is trying to eradicate them. It kind of reminded me of the idea of waking up from the matrix, like reality is hard. Sumin's line "Ignorance is bliss, but it hurts when it passes" just really stuck with me. I love a good lore, i'm enjoying hearing what other people are taking away from it.

I'm getting such a Hala Hala vibe from this comeback! Like, out of nowhere they flipped from "we don't stop 😎" to "you should run 💀" Also I noticed that this is like the third time they're in the middle of a storm/hurricane, one in Tricky House, another in Rockstar and this one too, I wonder if it's just a nice reference or something else!
I'm wondering about the lore. I feel like this album is the prequel: tricky house and the dokkaebi has been helping them escape this system , their debut song Tricky House is them having fun and helping a man escape his boring life. So Doorbell Ringing was "current", and "Watch Out" is prequel, how they started and got to Tricky House. Alternatively, there's two versions of xikers: the dokkaebi xikers and the xikers that have been deemed anomalies within this universe. The dokkaebi xikers are the brighter more carefree and confident ones, and the system xikers are the lost and angry ones. This theory could be hinted at with the Witch MV: the dokkaebi xikers are the ones sitting on the walls and watching over the system xikers trying to escape the maze. I don't know yet though, I think just like with ATEEZ, xikers lore is gonna start out confusing and vague, and then over time throughout their discography it will all start connecting and start to be more clear.

They look like game characters with super power, but they are more like an error of the system but they are really strong!!! so good! Even the angells wings....in fire
I feel like you’d love them based on other groups you like. I saw them in concert and it was one of my favorite concerts despite one member being missing.
