Hello, I know it's been a long time since the release of this video, but I have a question I hope you can answer. When looking in the dictionary for the word 'kitchen' and 'really', Cambridge dictionary and many others do not use the [ɨ] but an [ə] sound (both for British and American English). Can you clear up why? Maybe they're referring to a standardized version of the language and you are refferring to a more specific one? Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer in case you do. Have a great day!
thanks for the class, I enjoy it.
