No. You don't want to delete folder. But you have to delete its content before do this. After deleting I mentioned file in the video, then revoke permission.

When I go to properties>security>edit....I can't uncheck the boxes that you show to do. All are checked. But they are all light gray and can't be changed. What can I do? thanks

Please log from the administrator account. If you use another user account without administrative rights, you can't allow or deny anything. Please check it. As well as change the selected one from the above box (Group of usernames). If select another username, you will able to do like the video.
