I tried her - deal 4k5 dame with 6 debuff to harsetti, without Ilynav, It's really trash
The main reason is S2 harsetti, cause she will change everyone speed to a fixed amount. So the S3 penetration from blidica not hit 100%
Her skill 3 penetrates defense and you used her against Imperian Yllinav lol
