@sharperimage quick question, i just purchased this exact product and was wondering if its normal for the base stand and bottom of the massager to be extremely hot to the touch where one can actually get burned after charging it? I had to wait about 10 minutes or so for the bottom of the handle to be cooled to the touch before using. I also want to know if the charger cradle/base stand stops charging after the massager is fully charged? Im just really concerned about the very hot part on the bottom of the handle where the metal ring is at for charging.

Hey, did you figure out if it was faulty or if it’s normal? What are your thoughts on this massager? Worth buying?

@noname-jd2vo hi, apparently its normal for the bottom of the massager to get hot from the contacts while charging. It takes about 1.5 hours for the temp to cool down to the touch when its left on the charging dock. As for the massager reliability, it broke on me, it started to make clanking sounds when it was on and it was also leaking Oil fron the front part where the attachments go. However i believe it was just a faulty unit and still LOVE IT so ill be buying another one and honestly still recommend it.

Mine does not have an orange arrow and I was having the same issue.luckily I was able to figured it out. You just align the grove from the attachment into the inverted L where the word sharper image is written (on the massager). twist a little then push it in, twist the attachment until it gets tight. There is no lock or click or anything. Just keep twisting until it gets tight.
