Yes, finally someone who appreciates Predators. I've been saying this for years. It's an awesome original idea putting the humans on a different planet.
@@noahwhittaker5096 I don't mind Alien 3...the biggest issues with that film stem from the studio basically taking control of the film from David Fincher and making its production a hellish experience for him. He honestly sounds traumatized by the experience if you listen to him talking about it.
Same. The atmosphere in the movie is great as far as making everything seem bleak which it should be on a prison planet w a xenomorph 😂. The acting is good too and the face-to-face Ripley & xenomorph is iconic. Movie isn't a masterpiece by any stretch but it gets way too much hate!@@noahwhittaker5096
The First IT movie from 2017 was and is still my all time favorite movie. Amazing casting, amazing pacing and amazing remake of the original two movie series and a million times better than it. The plot isn't rushed, the jokes land and the relationships are believable.
I like how different and some could probably say maybe ballsy your list is compared to others. Also, I absolutely love the Steve Harrington shirt, which I focused on probably the most in the video. I love Stranger Things, and Steve is my favorite character, so when I saw the name at the top of your shirt, I nerded out quite a bit. I love your channel, and I'm thankful that Cody Leach introduced me to the channel, along with everyone else you guys collab with.

funny little easter egg in BTTF2- when the shark jumps at him, in the back round there’s a poster for jaws 19 and it says- This time it’s very very personal
Okay with IT chapter 2, when they go around and get their tokens, yes they physically get them but they are not emotionallly over them and during the encounter with penny wise they call him names and it doesn’t do crap but when they finally get over everything, bill shoots his brother, Ben and Bev make another human connection, and then when they call him names THEN the ritual of chud works
That was way too long and drawn out though...like he said it's basically almost an hour of seeing them do that...there was no need to spend so much time on that middle part
Let's see how the others rank their movies. I can watch parks and rec for the 3th time or go help some movie loving TH-camrs. Easy choose, let's help each other in these times. Great video Sean!
Great list Sean. Came from Cody's channel and really like your style and delivery so I subbed! It is a bit worrying to hear that its a hard time for the bigger movie guys on youtube as just starting out myself its hard to get new subs but I guess we are all in this together
24:27 Predator 2 is one of those movies I have never been able to watch. I have watched it more times then I can count and fell asleep every time. Never have finished it in one sitting.
The Thing and Alien are the best horror sci-fi movies ever, predator and Aliens are two of the best Sci-fi Action movies. Jaws is one of the best movies ever. Also I also love The Fly 1986 very scary
Sean, very nice video, but was it worth watching Alien 3 again 😂 I love the fact that you are always the positive guy with respect to movies, but that makes hearing you hate on Alien 3 a lot of fun
Haven't finished the video yet but for me it's gotta be at least 1. The Thing (John Carpenter) 2. Predator 3. Gremlins 4. Predators 5. Gremlins 2 6. Jaws 7. Alien

Jeepers creepers is my number 1 I watched it when it first came out alone and has been the only movie to ever scare me also it was filmed near my house so I recognized the road which made it so real to me

I ranked all 31 on Cody's video but here ill rank the ones I love the most and why 7. It 2017- One of the best horror movies in recent years. This theatrical release takes their r rating as seriously as they could. The kids are fantastic and they all act off each other perfectly. When they get scared you get scared. While i love Tim Curry's Pennywise, Bill Skarsgard is honestly the face ill think of when I think of Pennywise. Since I read the book the way Pennywise is portrayed matches more with Bill. He's some dark creature trying to act human but it's not human so it's predatory nature tends to slip through and he goes from a funny clown to a hellish beast in a second and the unpredictability of Pennywise is really what makes him scary. 6. Alien- The one that started it all and the progenitor of sci fi horror. Alien is a concept that borrows heavily from 50s alien monster movies but the direction and style is what takes Alien to a new level. It has a basic yet fantastic setting. The xenomorph is truly one of the most horrifying creatures ever. You know you're a scary monster when even how you're born can be one of the scariest scenes in film. All the characters are relatable, i love the utilization of Ash, and while Ripley really becomes the badass in the sequel she still solidifies herself as an iconic final girl essentially. 5. Predator- *insert handshake here* The manliness movie ever made. What makes it brilliant is that this was made at a time where Arnold, Ventura, etc were pumping out movies all over the place. The team behind Predator were brilliant in taking a action plot like Commando and thrusts it into an action sci fi horror but in a way that feels cohesive. The Predator himself is also one of the greatest aliens put to film based on the fact that it's not like a xenomorph because it's intelligent, it has technology on its side, and just a badass in general. Not to mention Predator is the movie i find myself quoting the most and the Predator himself is one ugly mother ***. 4. Jeepers Creepers- Yes I know about the director but that's not what I'm talking about. That said Jeepers Creepers is the shit. Like Cody said it's a horror movie with layers that continuously get pulled back. You get these 2 relatable characters in Trish and Darry thrown into this road trip of horror. The Creeper is one of the scariest and badass horror villains ever. At first you think it's just a man with supernatural powers but the movie slowly reveals what makes the creature what it is. You find out it's some demonic creature, you realize it can fly, that it basically feeds on fear, and has a time limit (not that different from It actually). Johnathan Breck's portrayal of the Creeper honestly belongs up there with Robert Enguland as Freddy. Jeepers Creepers is a movie that fills you with dread from beginning to end. 3. Aliens- Definition of a sequel that turns everything up to 11. James Cameron has a knack when it comes to that. While the slow pace of the original is slightly lost here it makes up for that in extraordinary action and raw terror. It solidifies Ripley as the badass we all know and love. The marines are all memorable and you get upset when they start getting picked off. We get to see the expansion of the xenomorph with the hive and the Queen which leads to one of the most epic final battles in cinema. 2. John Carpenter's The Thing- This is my favorite horror movie on this list. This movie easily has set the standard for practical effects in film. Its characters are some of the best and well written in this movie about paranoia and like Alien it provides a truly dreadful feeling of isolation. It also provides so much ambiguity that is still being discussed to this day.. My favorite of John Carpenter's films and the Thing is easily one of the most terrifying monsters ever. 1. Jaws- While The Thing is my favorite horror movie, Jaws is my favorite movie. I've had a personal connection to Jaws ever since I was very young. Jaws is one of those movies that I can watch and immediately rewatch. Fantastic characters, perfect cinematography, Spielberg's direction, the utilization of the shark, and John Williams' excellent score makes Jaws perfect.
I feel Jaws 2 unfortunately is in the mammoth shadow of the original. However, subtle moments like Brody’s son helping him pick up his spent shells after his beach embarrassment are overlooked. Roy Schindler I think gives a darn good performance on his own this time, trying to convince people of this new shark. With many exciting scenes, I think the new cast of teenagers are likeable and it feels different rather than a rehash.🦈
Well if you know some of the back ground history around some of these films so things make since. They tone that critters is closer to what gremlins would of been like if they had not toned down the original script for the first film so drastically from the one they ended up approving of.
This is what I would like to see for an Aliens sequel (ignore the other movies). Hicks, Newt, and Ripley have formed a family. Newt is now a xenobiologist. Hicks runs a security company. Ripley is an administrator. Find a credible way to bring the xenomorphs back in that doesn't look like Jaws 3.
Haven’t seen that many but here’s my ranking: 12: Jaws the Revenge (No questions asked) 11: AVP Requiem 10: Jaws 3-D (The rest are quite good) 9: AVP 8: Jeepers Creepers 7: Jaws 2 (I wish I could’ve put this higher) 6: Prometheus (In the middle because I like it but the Engineer stuff is in arms length) 5: Gremlins 4: Alien 3: Predator 🥉 2: Jaws 🥈 1: Aliens 🥇

Jaws is one of those movies that I can watch and immediately rewatch. Fantastic characters, perfect cinematography, Spielberg's direction, the utilization of the shark, and John Williams' excellent score makes Jaws perfect.
I'm surprised he didn't have Alien 3 at the bottom
Did anyone catch one of his kids screaming when he talked about alien?
Yea I’ve gotta say the alien(or aliens) movies are incredibly well made for their time
I feel Jaws 2 unfortunately is in the mammoth shadow of the original.
Roy Scheider*! Oskar Schindler 🤣
I honestly don’t understand the hate behind The Predator. I enjoy it
Well if you know some of the back ground history around some of these films so things make since.
Haven’t seen that many but here’s my ranking:

Hey Sean you should rank the American pie films
I’m a new subscriber to this channel. CP was right...Sean does talk a lot with his hands. I’m distracted by it and I love it. I’m listening to him in this video but my eyes are locked onto his expressive hands lol. I’m gonna binge watch Sean’s videos now beginning with this video - 31 On 31.👍🏾😁
Hahaha it's true. I really can't stop doing it. I thought if I put my mic right in front of me it would cause me to do it less......nope
You know you’ve messed up when Sean ranks Alien vs. Predator at #10. (That’s a jab at the movies, not Sean)

How did you do a creature feature list without any Tremors movies?
For creature feature 2 you should do King Kong, Godzilla, Tremors, Anaconda and Lake Placid.
