직업상 하루에 인터넷을 반이상 붙잡고있는데 너무 피로한 상태에서 의자뒤로 제끼고 헤드셋끼고 눈감고 들으니 그냥 정신자체가 힐링되네요 피로함이 싹 사라짐

But why do they do that?
Is called "grounding" freeing ones body from radicals (5g network, etc)
