The reason western men go for Filipinas is because they are not western women, the values and cultural upbringing a filipina gets from the Philippines is second to none compared to westernized women. In the west, as a man married to western women, you cook your own food, you do your laundry, you clean your house and all the other duties in a household. When you marry a filipina she has been taught to take care of her man and family, it is ingrained in her DNA. That is the biggest difference men love about a filipina compared to western raised women. I am not saying western women can't have the same qualities as a filipina, it is just rare and when it comes down to it, they can't compare to the filipina raised in the Philippines.
I don't think all Filipinas would want to be live in maid/spouse to any men. Try finding and marrying Filipinas that have well paying jobs? See if they want older western men that are living on their retirement funds just so they can be their caregiver. Why do Americans need to go all the way to the Philipines to find and marry filipinas.. there are hundreds of thousands of them in the US? I never had to go looking for clean laundry, it was always ready for me when I got home from work. When it is supper time, she dishes my food on my plate and asks if I need anything else. When I start cleaning the house she stops me and tells me to go relax and finishes the duties. Like I said in my original post, there are some western woman that my be close to the same, but they are far and few between. Some of the values will be there but there is also a sense of western thinking. I know friends that have married western Filipinas and lots that have Philippines raised wives... the difference is noticeable even from an onlooker with a trained eye. And yes even Filipinas that migrate to the west also have older husband with age gaps between 10-30 years, so your statement is false, love is love to a filipina age does not matter!
