I have been feeling really dumb, not catching on to any of the concepts, and feeling really discouraged. Watching your video has made me begin to understand land law a little bit. That circumstance will be of minimal if any significance, in my opinion, in considering whether or not the articles have become fixtures." Does it means that we should not consider that items is a part architectural design for the items that have function?
Hi Marcus, I have been finding your videos extremely useful! I did have one question about Rimmer V Pearson (2000) I can't find much background on this case it keeps coming up as (1998). Can you point me in the right direction? I would like to read up more on the case.
Also could you elaborate upon whether it's possible to attain allodial title? I know Wikipedia says only nation states may hold land in allodium but I know this can't be true as private individuals , citizens of the USA anyway, do today. The question is more from my perspective.. is it still possible to obtain allodial land title rather than fee-simple absolute? Is there even any benefit necessarily to allodium vs fee simple absolute?

According to Black's law dictionary you own the land from all space above and Below the land / ground unless specifically indicated in the purchase of property .
I wonder how much my Norman ancestors 'invented' in terms of modern land law. I'm pretty sure here in the USA, our estate law (inheritance) comes from them.. if anyone knows leave a comment. Nice video, mate.
I don't know anything for sure, as I observe from many perspectives. However my perspective used to be anchored to a dimension with reinforcement that nothing exists anywhere else. If we leave that dimension, we still have needs and requirements and expectations and expenses and responsibilities. So if someone insured me with life insurance, I leave that dimension and someone got paid, that would make an inevitable nuisance and addition to the burden to the degenerate and homeless community and "welfare" state. My pop pop was American soldier on the beach in Normandy. I'm still trying to figure out what that means. Something has never been rite in my life I can't put my finger on it.
