Its interesting to see the difference in atmosphere voice-wise of RA3 and Tiberium Wars. You can clearly see how RA3 was a lot more cartoony focused than 2, which was a lot more humorous but not cartoony/kiddie, and then you can see that TW is a completely different beast with its more..."realistic" weight of the voice acting.
It kinda doesn't really fit the anime triangular robotics they have with the rest of their unit, to be honnest. If honenslty some of these units would feel more at home with the allies smooth plstic design.

Balloons bombs are the only annoying thing in RA3 imo... Attack and it will drop fast... Unlike allies plane that can be destroyed when approaching...
